Ingredients: 220g of ramen noodles (cooked), 80g of cabbage, 40g of onion, 40g of carrot, 10g of sliced pork belly, 1g of fried noodle flowers, 1g of seaweed powder, 1g of bonito flakes.
- Seasoning Amount: 40g of Japanese-style fried noodle sauce, with a usage ratio of 10%.
- Total Weight of Ingredients: 400g.
Cooking Method:
- Cut the cabbage into small pieces, slice the onion and carrot, and cut the pork belly into small pieces for later use.
- Boil the ramen noodles for about 2 minutes until cooked, then drain the water, cool the noodles in cold water, and drain again for later use.
- Fry the cooked noodles on an iron plate heated to 180°C until slightly crispy, then move to a cooler area.
- Add the pork slices and fry until they change color, then add the onion, cabbage, and carrot and stir-fry until they are cooked. Add the fried noodle flowers and bonito flakes to stir-fry.
- Mix the noodles with the vegetables, pour in the Japanese-style fried noodle sauce, stir evenly, heat until the sour taste evaporates, and finally sprinkle with seaweed powder.
