Cooking Time: About 5 minutes.
Ingredients: 1 serving of ramen noodles (220g), 50g of rich pork bone broth, 3 slices of soft-boiled eggs, an appropriate amount of char siu (barbecued pork), an appropriate amount of dried bamboo shoots, an appropriate amount of shredded wood ear mushrooms, an appropriate amount of green onions.
- Seasoning Amount: 350g of “kou shui” (the term is not clear and might refer to a specific seasoning or sauce).
- Dilution Ratio: 1:7 (possibly the ratio of rich pork bone broth to water).
Cooking Method:
- Pour 50g of rich pork bone broth into a bowl and mix it evenly with 350g of boiling water.
- Boil the ramen noodles in a pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes until cooked, then lift out and drain the water.
- Place the cooked noodles into the broth, and then arrange toppings such as green onions, char siu, soft-boiled eggs, bamboo shoot shreds, wood ear mushroom shreds, and various fresh vegetables into the bowl as desired.
